Contractors Mix
A Contractors mix will have a mix of creeping fescues, for shade, tall fescue for heat,
and rye, for quick establishment. It can be used for re-seeding bare spots or for seeding a
new lawn. The ryegrass offers a quicker stand of green, but keep in mind the rye part
of the seed mix is an annual grass.
